Noëlly Sam is a born people connector who thrives on fostering win-win relationships, between individuals and with brands.

Her corporate experience in customer care, sales management and retention, while working as a performance coach and training manager sharpened her negotiation, presentation and communication skills.

After years in call centres, she yearned for a more engaging professional life. The opportunity came when her 9 to 5 role came to an end. She took this chance to pursue her dream to work as a fashion journalist.

When attempts to join renowned fashion publications did not pan out, she launched her fashion blog, Miss SLY!, determined to grow its audience and establish it as a must-online platform for Canadian fashion.

Through covering fashion weeks from Montreal, Toronto to New York, and the then TV show Project Runway Canada, Noëlly grew solidified her blogzine reputation and relevance, attracting thousands of views nationally and globally every month.

Fashion blogging refined her skills in storytelling, networking, brand strategy, influencers relations and social media marketing. She later transferred these by launching a social media business, where she developed strategies and created content for luxury and lifestyle brands.

Noëlly sends a short email every Wednesday to creators and CEOs, called The Big 3, it highlights lessons, insights, books recommendations and strategies on personal growth, productivity, networking and negotiation skills. You can subscribe here.
