Befriend Your Failures To Win

Happy Big 3 Wednesday!

This week's lesson, book and strategy are somewhat connected. I hope you will enjoy it.

Something new?
Occasionally, I'll curate exciting events and promotions from my network that I think you'll love. Check the first two at the end.

1 Lesson 💡

From Failure to Launch to Fun Relaunch 🚀

I used to shy away from risks, fearing failure. But that held me back. Now, I see setbacks as stepping stones.

Last year, I failed to launch my podcast as I had envisioned. It was frustrating, however, it forced me to find a better and more sustainable solution. I will now use the Riverside platform where I can invite people to join the audience and be a guest or co-host in my studio. Exciting isn't it?

I’m eager to share this journey with you! Befriend your failure, it will unlock new paths to winning.

1 Book 📕

Keep Going by Austin Kleon

Sometimes, all it takes is a relatable word of encouragement to keep going. This is the second book I've shared by Austin Kleon. His ideas are truly inspiring. Here are some of my favorite quotes from it:

  • Imitate the trees. Learn to lose to recover, and remember that nothing stays the same for long.

  • For anyone trying to discern what to do with their life: PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT YOU PAY ATTENTION TO". That's pretty much all the info you need.

  • Every day is like a blank page. When you're finished filling it, you can save it, crumple it up, or slide it into the recycling bin and let it be. Only time will tell you what it was worth.

1 Strategy 🎯

Celebrate Your Wins - No Matter How Small!

If you aren't already, I highly recommend getting in the habit of ending your day by reflecting on three things you accomplished, big or small. This simple practice cultivates gratitude and fuels momentum. I am getting back into it.

Jot down your wins before bed - it's a powerful way to stay positive and keep going.

Thank you for reading.
