Embrace Uncertainty
Hi Friends!
Life has been life'ing for many of us. So if you are going through something you wish would just go away, this is your nudge to take a breather from your thoughts and just be. I see you.
In today's edition, let's talk about embracing uncertainty, reading something by RUSS and writing some powerful words to yourself.

The Lesson.
Embrace Uncertainty. Experience Pure Joy
When was the last time you felt an exhilarating rush of joy and pure excitement? That you felt like a little kid unwrapping gifts on their birthday? That you smiled from ear to ear, unable to stop yourself, fully immersed in the pleasant sensation? Like this little girl and her cotton candy. If you can recall that moment, relive it for a few seconds, you are blessed.
This level of pure joy is priceless. It nourishes the soul. And when it happens, it feels like something inside of you has awakened, because in a way, that's exactly what's happening.
I experienced this two weeks ago, as courageous ideas for a brand new venture burst into my mind, faster than I could write them down. It happened just days after learning that a contract I was working on for the last 3 years was coming to an end.
My Take: These new ideas were always there, however, I did not have the bandwidth to access and receive them, as long as I was tied to the other thing. Something had to end for a new life to sprout.
So if this speaks to you, I just want to remind you that you have survived 100% of the difficult things that ever happened to you, and this time will be no different. The discomfort may be real and valid, and the scars may remain, however, it is temporary and the joy that's awaiting you on the other side of uncertainty is worth it. Keep going.
The Book.
It Was You All Along by Russ
This book is a powerful reminder that the answers we seek often lie within us.
Russ dives deep into the process of rediscovering your authentic self and recognizing the power of your own intuition. It's a must-read for anyone ready to tap into their inner strength and embrace the courage to move forward in life.
Here are three quotes from the book that really stood out to me:
1. The answers you seek are already within you. All you need to do is listen.
2. You are the author of your own story, no one else gets to decide the ending.
3. The courage to start is the courage to finish.
The Challenge
Write Yourself a Love Letter
As we close the month celebrating love, take a moment to write yourself a love letter--or an email--that you will read on New Year's Eve.
Write to yourself from a place of deep love, self compassion and unshrieking pride.
Unsure where to start? Some ideas for you.
- Celebrate yourself, now and then
- List past, present and future victories
- Acknowledge how far you've come on something
- Share something funny about your life now
Whatever would make your heart smile, write it. Get fancy with it, if that's your style. The goal is for 2026 to kick off with words that are edifying, empowering and a testament of your inner beauty and strength.
Maybe, we will open those letters together. Stay tuned!
