Gratitude, Grace and Grandeur
Welcome to the Big 3!
It’s the most wonderful and busiest time of the year for many of us, which is something to be grateful for.
As we put the final touches at work before closing for the holidays, let's keep up with last week's simpler Big 3 format and dive into the following words:
- Gratitude
- Grace
- Grandeur

Feeling Grateful Keeps You Going
Reflecting on 2024, I feel immensely grateful for all that I have accomplished, big and small, what I have been recognized for, and what I managed to keep going, despite challenges. I feel honored.
Not everything went according to plan, but so many things went well, and it even surprised me in the most positive way.
So in case you needed to hear it, I want to remind you that whatever unexpected, heartbreaking, life-changing curved ball life threw at you - at work, at home, in your finances or health, you survived it. Whatever it may be, it did not kill you, you are still here. It did not win.
Yes, we will have the scars to prove it, but we are still here, and that's plenty to be grateful for.
Let us take a moment to feel all of it, and appreciate how blessed we are.
Grace.
Give Yourself the Grace You Extend to Others
We all deserve a few off days, especially when things don't go according to plan, or when we feel we messed up.
However, when the next challenge comes, I hope that you will take a breather and observe it, while also being kind to yourself.
You can get back into fixing mode after. Remember to take a breather.
Grandeur.
A New Grand and Bolder You?
As I approach my birthday, I've embarked on a personal growth journey, to become a better version of myself, and for this new me to exist, grand and bold changes are required.
So over the next 100 days, I am adopting new positive habits, letting go of things that no longer serve me, and doing new things outside my comfort zone.
For one, I am sacrificing my love of all things bread and sweets, and although there is no guarantee I will hold up for 100 days, one can dream.
If you could become a better version of yourself, what would be required?
Thank you for reading.
Until next week,
Stay Consistent.
